The SMARTA analysis includes mobility schemes targeted to rural contexts; dedicated solutions tailored to vulnerable users such as the elderly and disabled; Internet and Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions for improving the efficiency of transport services and user information; and organisation or governance arrangements including “bottom-up†initiatives developed at the local community level.
