First SMARTA meeting

Preparatory activities have started since the 1^st April 2018, assumed as project start date by the Consortium. This demonstrates the commitment of the Consortium members, both to deliver the Project Outputs in full and on time, and to each other.

On the 10-11^th April a first internal meeting has been held in Bucharest with the participation of all members of the consortium; the agenda and the minutes of the meeting are available on request.
